Semaglutide is a medication in the GLP-1 receptor agonist class used to treat type 2 diabetes and aid in weight management.  Clinical trials have proven that semaglutide is effective in weight management when combined with a proper diet and exercise plan. This is your initial apt to discuss Semaglutide or Tirzepatide. We will draw your labs or will go over your lab work if you have had it done within the last year. Appointment #2 will be when you start your injections

Tirzepatide is a medication that belongs to a class of drugs known as GLP-1 receptor agonists. It is used for the treatment of type 2 diabetes and weight loss. It enhances your insulin secretion and reduces glucagon secretion. Beyond its glucose-regulating capabilities, Tirzepatide has shown significant potential in aiding weight loss.  

This includes your weekly injection in the office,  a prescription for ondansetron, and our professional guidance on your weight loss journey. Must schedule initial consultation first.  Price ranges per low, moderate or high dose.

At your initial consultation we will review the entire 3 month program as well as draw your baseline labs. We will get everything set up to ship to your home and then set up weekly check in's with one of our highly trained providers. 

Monthly supply of Naltrexone, Semorelin, and either Lipo-Mino or Lipo-Trim Spray depending on if you would like to do the "injection" kit or the "oral" kit. We will do weekly check-in's with you virtually after you come in for your monthly in person appointment.
